Do you ship Tax Included
We know this can be daunting, but UKLG can offer a tax included service for your shopping, simply ask before placing the order and we will cover this with you.
Is my item covered with after sales service?
All items purchased through UKLG London are covered by the brand after sales service. In the event that something goes wrong with your product after purchase, we wil provide you with a copy of the original receipt of purchase for use with the after sales counter.
How do you send your parcel to me?
We use a tracked and signed service for every country we deliver to in the world, so you can always see the whereabouts of your purchase as it makes its way to you. You need to make sure that you are there to sign for your parcel, so please ensure that your contact details, both name and number are correct and accurate.
What happens if my parcel is stopped by local customs?
Should you encounter any issues at your local customs office, we are on hand to step in and deal with this matter on your behalf, so you can shop and ship worry free.
